ABOUT THE BUSINESS OF FILM CONFERENCE

Southwest Alternate Media Project (SWAMP) and Texas Accountants and Lawyers for the Arts (TALA) present the Business of Film Conference 2008, a day-long event focusing on the business of making movies. This information-packed conference features panels and discussions with professionals from the film, legal and financial worlds that address a wide range of topics, including budgeting for film, funding resources, music rights, distribution and much more!

ABOUT BREAK OUT SESSIONS:

Break Out Sessions are smaller group sessions, usually with an individual speaker or dual speakers discussing a specific topic. Due to space limitations, we ask that you reserve your space for each Break Out Sessions in advance.

Ask-An-Attorney is a roundtable Q & A session with an individual attorney who specializes in a specific area of entertainment and/or business law. Each table will have up to 4 registrants participating in the Q & A. Please Note: Registrants can only reserve space for one Ask-An-Attorney session, not both. If you select an Ask-An-Attorney session, you will be placed with an attorney who can answer your specific questions. Space is limited for the Ask-An-Attorney sessions. Reservations are first come, first served. You must be a paid registrant to reserve a space in any of the Break Out Sessions. No exceptions. So register early to guarantee your space!
