Submit Your Film!
If you have a short film (27 minutes or less, including credits) available for non-exclusive broadcast, please send a DVD or VHS (NTSC) copy of work with your bio and synopsis to:

Label your submission with the title and length of your film. Please include your name, address, email, and phone numbers on the DVD or tape. Due to the volume of submissions, we are NOT able to return DVDs and tapes.
If your work is selected, we will require a Beta SP or digital master for broadcast as well as production stills, if available.
If you have a distributor, please give us the company name, contact name and phone or email address.
Recent works, 27 minutes or less, of all genre, are accepted. Artists will be paid for non-exclusive Texas broadcast.
The Territory is funded jointly by the Texas Commission on the Arts, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Cultural Arts Council of Houston and Harris County.
