2026 Young Filmmakers Bootcamp
$700.00

Our Teen Filmmaker Bootcamp is a summer intensive for young creatives interested in becoming storytellers. Our students bring their stories to our two weeks camp, pitch their ideas and work collaboratively to choose a script to film. During our two week camp they will be mentored by professions to prep, shoot and post their film. This is a hands on camp and they will rotate through all the jobs and learn how a film set runs.

Each day begins with check in at 8:45 am and ends with pick up at 5pm. We take a 45 minute lunch break, they will need to bring a packed lunch.

Session will take place from June 22 to July 3, 2026, at Six Foot, located at 4200 Montrose Blvd, Suite 100, Houston, TX 77006.

In 2024, young filmmakers got hands-on experience in every stage of production, from scriptwriting and camera operation to editing and final screening. Led by industry professionals, students collaborated on real projects, learned essential skills, and gained insight into careers in film and media. The camp wrapped with a showcase of student films, highlighting their creativity and hard work.
